First of all, wear your watch with normal activity - don't do try to exercise much more than you usually do, because it will make it incredibly hard to earn the "New Move Record" and "New Exercise Record". After 10 day, you could try beating the kilocalories you've burnt and exercise minutes to earn those 2 awards!

Second, you will have to set a goal for move, exercise and stand. Move means kilocalories burnt, exercise means minutes you've exercised today and stand means number of hours you have moved for at least a minute. You could set a low kilocalories goal, for instance you burnt average 300 kilocalories for the past week. You could set it to 25% of it to easily gain the Move Goal 200%, 300% and 400% award. But beware - don't let yourself go up to ridiculous percentage of kilocalories burnt, because it will make your upcoming monthly challenges really hard!
