Each workout gives "First x Workout" and "x Workout Record". The 16 workouts available for awards are: To earn the "x Workout Record" award easily, with "Rowing" workout as an example here, all you need to do is start 5 Rowing workouts for at least 5 minutes (You could choose a time goal and set it to 5 minutes) and try not to move too much and burn too much kilocalories. On the 6th Rowing workout, set a Kilocalories goal and set it to above your highest earning Kilocalories record and tada! You've got the "Rowing Workout Record"!

Last but not least, there's the 7-Workout Week. Set any workouts with a time goal for 5 minutes (0:05) for 7 times and voila!
